YAP 200 Hours Yoga Teacher


I teach a variety of Flow, Hatha and Gentle yoga to all abilities via Zoom and face to face.

When I first started practicing yoga back in 2013, my main focus was to increase my strength and flexibility. But the more yoga I did, the more I started noticing the other benefits; specifically relaxation, stress reduction and better sleep.

I wanted to share these benefits with others and decided to take the leap and become a yoga teacher.

It's often believed that you need to be flexible, strong or spiritual to do yoga. But I offer alternatives and modifications for all abilities and there will be nothing spiritual in my classes. If you like to challenge yourself and work up a bit of sweat, then there are options for that too.

My classes are suitable for all levels, whether you're completely new to yoga or you've been practicing for years. We'll move through sequences at a pace that suit you, taking the time for some breath work to help support relaxation.
